wat r the best running shoes for me?
Posted by admin on May 12th, 2010 filed in bird control productsim 13 flat footed and pigeon toed and i have a wide foot i am VERY fast i need these mostly to run the 100m and 200m and long jump but not sure wat type of shoes to buy or if they shood have spikes or not

Well, remember, you should have light shoes. Heavy shoes can be a factor that slows you down. Get something thats light.
