How can I make bird spikes to keep the pigeons off of my Air condition and light under my store banner?

you should try nails on a 2×4 put around it

Use a plastic owl instead. It should scare them away!

craft stores have these fake flower stems, they are metal, you could glue them to the air conditioner etc. they are really cheap and should work

get a lazer targeting bb gun instead.

I’m told pigeons HATE the smell of WD-40. Worth a try, right?

Drive nails up thru thin aluminum and put it on the air conditioner.
This will keep those flying rats from pooping on your stuff.

Use plastic Snakes. Birds do not like to see them. Hide them up on the light by the store banner, you will see a decrease asap!
Plastic Owls are too bulky for your store sign, the snakes do the same trick!

Buy a pet hawk or eagle, and place it outside to scare those pigeon.
