Every morning at 5am a loud woodpecker sound comes from next door, is there a woodpecker calling device?

Is there a electronic woodpecker calling/ drumming device? I have had problems with woodpeckers for the last couple of summers. What could sound like this? What kind of alarm are these people using to wake themselves up that would sound outside and make this kind of noise?

It could be that they have the old fashioned alarm clock, where the hammer hits the bell and they have covered the hammer to stop it from being too loud, or they may even have a Woodpecker.
