Does anyone know where I can buy bird (pigeon) spikes?

I am having a problem with pigeons hanging around on my balcony and window sill, and am looking to buy pigeon spikes to put along the edge of the balcony and window. I can find some places online that sell these spikes, but does anyone know of any store that they can be purchased at? I live in Canada, but any in-store ideas anywhere are appreciated. Thanks.

The hardware store I worked in in MA, USA had them… call up your local hardware/tool/Garden stores and ask them if they carry them.
